Oculus Quest

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg unveiled the Oculus Quest, a high-powered, untethered $399 headset system that has 6-degrees of freedom and will launch with more than 50 game / experience titles. It comes bundled with hand controllers to create experiences that rival the company’s wired Rift VR system, adjustable fit so it’s comfortable to wear with glasses, as well as 360° audio. “Oculus Quest essentially combines the high-end, tethered Oculus Rift headset with the relatively cheap, standalone Oculus Go device that was released earlier this year. It uses the same optics as the Oculus Go, with a resolution of 1600 x 1440 per eye,” reports The Verge.
