OYO Nova Gym NASA
Don’t have time for the gym or just want to get a quick workout in at the office? Introducing the OYO Nova. This portable gym uses SpiraFlex resistance technology developed to keep NASA astronauts fit on the International Space Station. That’s right, NASA conducted a 16 week studythat proved SpiraFlex produced the same muscle building results as lifting free-weights.

The NOVA Gym utilizes SpiraFlex powered “FlexPacks” that snap on 10-pound increments, for up to 40-pounds of resistance. This is not just a simple exercise machine, but rather one that is basically a full body gym that can be used to perform more than 100 exercise movements, yet weighs just 2.5-pounds and folds up to go anywhere. Available in October, priced at $135.

The key benefit of the NOVA Gym is you can now fit strength training in anywhere you are, including home, office or travel, with one device that provides resistance in all planes of movement, replacing a room full of equipment. The NOVA Gym is the solution for people who don’t have time for the health club, find using weights inconvenient and cumbersome, or don’t have space for large home gyms,” said Paul Francis, inventor and founder of OYO Fitness.
