
Many auto enthusiasts have seen the wild concepts that Ferrari unveils each year, but what about back in 1987? Meet the Ferrari 408 4RM, the automaker’s first vehicle to feature 4-wheel drive. Featuring an innovative hydraulic four-wheel-drive system developed by Ferrari, called “4RM”, that would later be used in the Ferrari FF. A total of two prototypes were built – the first one, chassis no. 70183, was painted in red and was fitted with an all-steel welded chassis and was built in June 1987, while the second, chassis no 78610, was painted yellow and had an aluminum frame bonded with adhesives.

The Ultima RS 2020 is basically a street-legal Le Mans race car powered by several Chevrolet V8 powerplants with up to 1200 horsepower, mated to an H-pattern six-speed Porsche manual transmission. Similar to the Ultima GTR, this updated model features several aero upgrades in the form of fender vents, dive planes, new ducting, a carbon fiber diffuser, and a massive rear wing, while the rear boasts twin exhausts flanked by C-shaped taillights. Automobile designer Milen Ivanov seems to have an affinity for Halo vehicles, or so we’d like to think after seeing his futuristic Armortruck SUV concept. Think of it as a Rezvani Tank meets Lamborghini Urus, but with gullwing doors. If properly configured, this massive vehicle could probably take on some of the toughest battlefields.

It’s official, the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) has canceled this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo video game convention due to the coronavirus outbreak. Motor Trend really wanted to see if the 2020 Chevy Corvette C8 Stingray could hold up to the supercars of today, and let’s just say that the vehicle did not disappoint. Its naturally aspirated 6.2L V8, mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, churns out 495 hp and 470 lb⋅ft of torque when equipped with the optional Z51 performance package, which adds a sport exhaust system, enabling it to accelerate to 60 mph in just 2.8-seconds. Called the “reCharge”, this intelligent tire basically consistsof a lightweight frame and a regenerative reloadable and biodegradable tread compound that builds itself upon the skeleton where needed.
