Everything looks good in a magazine, but what happens when a photographer shoots the same location from a different, not so prime, angle? As you can probably guess, not so good. For example, Mont St. Michael, an island commune in Normandy, France, just doesn’t look as majestic from above. The same can be said for Stonehenge, a prehistoric monument in Wiltshire, England, about 2 miles (3.2 km) west of Amesbury and 8 miles (13 km) north of Salisbury.
