Sony has just unveiled two portable Bravia TVs in Japan. The XDV-D500 (above) features a 3-inch display, 500:1 contrast ratio, built-in 1Seg TV tuner, 2GB of memory, video recording capabilities, and up to 8-hours of continuous playback.
