PILET Open-Source Mini Computer
The PILET open-source mini computer that we featured a few months ago is now available for pre-order. Available in PILET 5 and PILET 7 models, this device has up to a 7-hour battery life and has hardware and software that can be fully customized, making it perfect for tinkerers, creatives, learners, as well as coders.

You’ll have to supply your own Raspberry Pi 5 board, but the kit does feature either a 5″ or 7″ (1280 x 800) IPS LCD screen, as well as a case with 2 x micro HDMI ports, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet port, SD card reader, GPIO pins, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5, and compatibility with 3.7V LiPo, Li-Ion batteries or 5V USB-C power sources. Interested? You can pre-order one here for $201 USD, with shipments beginning in July.
