A gentle vibration confirms your action so no fumbling with screens or menus. Two MEMS microphones for ambient sound and a Vibration Conduction Sensor (VCS) for clear call recordings, pulls audio directly from your phone’s internals. With a 400mAh battery, it’s capable of recording up to 30 hours or good for 60 days of standby. The 64GB storage can store up to 480 hours of recordings.
Where the PLAUD Note really shines is its AI transcription and summarization through the PLAUD app. Connect via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and your recordings will upload automatically to the app. Choose from a range of AI models – GPT-4.1, Claude 4.0, o3-mini, or Gemini 2.5 Pro (Beta) – to transcribe in any of 112 languages. From there the app generates summaries, mind maps or to-do lists based on your chosen template – meetings, interviews, lectures or voice memos.
Battery life wise, the device charges in 2 hours via magnetic USB-C cable and lasts longer than expected even with heavy use. MagSafe compatibility makes it a natural fit for iPhone users, but Android users can use it with the magnetic ring.
