We know the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato and Porsche 911 Dakar are two supercars designed to go off-road, but how do they fare when pit against each other in a drag race? Well, the 911 Dakar is powered by a 3.0L 6-cylinder engine making 473 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque, mated to an 8-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission, enabling it to hit 60 mph in just 3.5-seconds.
The Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato draws power from a 5.2L V10 engine generating 602 hp and 417 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, helping achieve a 0-62 mph spring time of 3.4-seconds. On paper, the Sterrato appears to be the more powerful of the two, but we won’t spoil the races for you, other than that all of them are closer than expected, with a surprise in the second run.
