
When you pair Praydog’s UEVR inejector with haptic gloves and the JumpMod backpack, playing Unreal Engine games in virtual reality will never be the same again. The public beta has just been released and it works with over 10,000 Unreal Engine titles so far, although just a few hundred can be played right out of the box without any additional code.

UEVR supports games built on Unreal Engine 4.8 – 5.3 and multiple VR headsets including Oculus Rift, Meta Quest Pro, Valve Index, HTC Vive, Bigscreen Beyond, Pimax 8KX, HP Reverb G2, as well as the Metal Quest 2 / 3. Once the mod is downloaded, users need to launch the game, switch to UEVR, select the title from the list of running processes, choose OpenVR / OpenXR, and then press inject before returning to gameplay.
