ProjectAir World Speed Record. Remote-Controlled Car
ProjectAir has always wanted to break a world speed record, but the vehicles required to do so generally run in the millions. So, he came up with the clever idea of building a custom remote-controlled car.

To achieve this, ProjectAir had to install a Jetcat 220 engine generating 220 newtons of thrust on the car, built directly into a custom aluminum chassis. Early tests saw it reach a maximum of 112 km/h (70 mph), but the goal was to push it beyond 150 km/h (93 mph) to break the current Guinness World Record. There were a few mishaps along the way, but eventually, ProjectAir was able to set a new world speed record. How much would one of these cost to build? Definitely much more ($179.99) than DIY kits that can hit 34mph.
