Anyone who has seen the show stormchasers on the Discovery Channel is probably familiar with the special vehicles they use. Well, one of them has hit eBay. Called the Tornado Attack, it is basically “a Jeep with a 700-horsepower V8 engine, 16-gauge steel panels coated with impact-resistant polyurethane, bulletproof M10 Lexan windows and wheel wells, windshield with three coats of DuPont Mylar film and a hydraulic system that keeps the car from being blown over.” Click here for the first picture in gallery. The estimated value of the car and its five years worth of upgrades is pegged at over $500,000, so getting a freak machine like this for one fifth of the price could be considered cheap.
