Runway Research’s Gen-2 generative AI model can turn basic text prompts into full-motion, three second videos. In other words, it’s capable of realistically and consistently synthesizing new videos by either applying the composition as well as style of an image or a text prompt to the structure of a source video.
You can also use nothing but words for text-to-video, similar to filming something new without having a camera at all. Already have an image? Use text and image to video to create something that looks to be straight out of a fantasy film. Two caveats: Gen-2 is not yet available to the public and those interested will have to join a growing waitlist. More information here.
