Russian pilot Valery Bulgakov isn’t letting his years of experience go to waste, so he built a flying car that actually works. Sure, this prototype may only be able to fly 10-feet in the air, but it still can go airborne at 60 miles per hour for 600-feet. Video after the break.

The four-cantilever wing design is intended to make it safer in the air, and it takes around 20 seconds to reach flight speed. While it was not designed for commercial sale or flight Bulgakov has patented his creation, which he showed off at the Autoexotics motor show in Moscow.
