Robotic dogs are robots designed to resemble their real-life counterpart in appearance and behavior, usually incorporating canine characteristics such as barking or tail-wagging. The Samsung M-1 by Gaetano De Cicco just might be the creepiest one we’ve come across yet. Rather than a normal head, it sports a display that is used to show emotions and what not.
The M-1 is fully autonomous, meaning that you’re able to teach it new tricks, whether that be playing catch or responding to your calls. It sports a quadruped design and its legs are covered by a silicone material of sorts, making them durable, yet flexible at the same time. However, this is something you probably don’t want to see first thing in the morning, or at least when you open your eyes.
