The Shadow Six Typhoon is touted as the world’s first aquatic utility vehicle, and rightfully so, as it combines utility terrain vehicle with a jet ski into a single machine. It’s constructed from aerospace grade titanium and carbon fiber to ensure that it’s capable of tackling extreme surf conditions.
Typhoon’s custom-built reinforced carbon composite racing hulls house twin supercharged 4-cylinder Yamaha GP1800 SCHO R engines that make a combined 500 horsepower. The engine can be upgraded with Riva Racing performance kits, enabling the 2,365-pound Typhoon to hit a top speed of over 80 mph. One caveat: it’ll cost you at least $250,300 USD. Howe & Howe’s Ripsaw EV3-F1 super tank is still far cooler though, or at least in our opinion.
