Sidephone Dumbphone Swappable Keypads Features
A Sidephone? It may look like a render, but this prototype ‘dumbphone‘ has a compact, candybar-style form factor, reminiscent of old Nokia or Motorola phones, with clean lines and a physical keypad. Its retro vibes come from its design and functionality, which echo classic mobile phones from the late ’90s and early 2000s.

Measuring approximately 130.4mm x 53.2mm x 13.5mm, it features a 2.8-inch touchscreen display, and swappable keypads (held by clips and magnets) with options like a traditional numeric keypad, a larger button grid, or a minimal layout. Other hardware includes an1800 mAh battery that offers up to 8 days of battery life under light usage, a 12MP rear camera for basic photography, a USB-C port for charging / data transfer and Bluetooth for connectivity.

Hardware wise, it’s got a MediaTek MT8766 processor, Imagination GE8300 graphics, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage, which means if gaming is your thing, going retro might be the best choice, if that is even possible.
