
Sony’s Access Controller for PlayStation 5 officially launches on December 6, with pre-orders beginning July 21, priced at $89.99 USD. You’ll be able to map buttons to create up to 30 control profiles, adjust stick settings, toggle commands on/off, or disable buttons altogether to stop accidental pressing directly from your PS5 console.
Each Access Controller includes a variety of swappable button and stick caps so players can easily create different layouts that suit them best. It can be used on flat surfaces, oriented 360 degrees, or easily secured to an AMPS mount or tripod. A total of two Access controllers and one DualSense (or DualSense Edge) wireless controller can be paired together as a single virtual controller, letting players to mix and match devices or play collaboratively with others.
