Fan games like The Legend of Zelda: The Sealed Palace have become a reality, so we expect Luke’s Awakening by Shoehead Art to eventually be released. This crossover combines the Game Boy classic Zelda: Link’s Awakening with elements from Stars Wars: A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
Unfortunately, there is no gameplay video, but we do get to see several familiar scenes from the original trilogy. They include an encounter with a Wampa on Hoth, a Darth Vader battle, Rancor, Emperor Palpatine, the Force ghosts, Obi-Wan from Return of the Jedi, and the “Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi” sequence. If Luke’s Awakening were eventually released, it would be made for the Game Boy Color.
