Lockheed Martin’s 300 kW-class weapon is lethal, while StyroPyro’s latest creation is unofficially the world’s brightest laser pointer. Typical laser pointers are dangerous enough to look at, and this one uses an entire green laser array with some heavy duty lenses that could blind you even at low power.
The final supersized build looks quite rough to say the least, with exposed lithium cells and extremely high voltage. All of these lasers means that you cannot turn it on without wearing a pair of special safety glasses, which boasts extremely dark optical filters to protect from the intense visible light wavelengths. If the proper equipment isn’t used, such as glasses with a dielectric coating, it could result in extreme eye damage or blindness.
