Not your average robotic hand, this one developed by researchers at the Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics in Germany “was specifically built tough for jobs that might ding it up.” Video after the break.
Additionally, the hand can catch heavy balls, adjust its level of stiffness to accomplish tasks that require a daintier touch, and snap its fingers.
