Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red’s science fiction follow-up to the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, has been teased ahead of its official E3 2019 reveal. One Polish website apparently snagged a screenshot of the game’s “Standard Edition,” which includes a map of the night city, mini art book, postcards, an in-game soundtrack and a copy of the Cyberpunk 2020 handbook. Saber Interactive has just announced Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered, an HD re-release of the popular action-adventure game featuring the original cast of Columbia Pictures’ classic films. This game features a unique story from Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis that captures the supernatural comedic fun and fright fans love from the franchise, while also celebrating the 35th anniversary of Ghostbusters this year. It’s expected to launch later this year on the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC via the Epic Games store. Read more for the trailer and additional information.
Nexon America and Final Strike Games have just revealed Rocket Arena, an all-new 3v3 rockets-only shooter. Simply put, each character has their very own arsenal of bombs, traps, spells and, of course, rockets to send enemies caught within them flying. Here’s a first unofficial look at the rumored Viking-themed Assassin’s Creed Ragnarök game, courtesy of seven new leaked screenshots from a pre-alpha build. According to inside sources, Northern Europe (Great Britain included), Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland will be offered as DLC and split into different”“Kingdoms”. Players assume the role of Ragnar Lodbrok, a member of the Great Heathen Army who becomes an assassin and is equipped with a hidden blade. The Farm 51’s Chernobylite is an upcoming survival horror video game for the Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 platforms. Set for release in Fall 2019, you play as a physicist, formerly employed at Chernobyl Nuclear Plant, suffering from the loss of their loved one in the Chernobyl Disaster approximately 30-years ago, who returns to the disaster zone to look for their partner. Most of the gameplay revolves around exploring the 3D-scanned recreation of the exclusion zone, gathering supplies and tools while encountering “Stalkers” and hostile military personnel. WinFuture managed to get their hands on the first images of the Xbox One S All Digital, and it’s exactly as it sounds…. an Xbox One S minus the Blu-ray drive and equipped with a 1TB hard drive as well as preinstalled copies of Forza Horizon 3, Minecraft and Sea of Thieves. There’s no official release or pricing information available yet, but it could be revealed as early as April 16th and priced around $260. Read more for a video, additional pictures and information.
NetherRealm Studios have just released two new trailers showcasing Kitana and D’Vorah. The former keeps many of her classic moves, such as fan throws as well as the ability to lift opponents off the ground and suspend them in mi-air. She also has a new teleport dive kick, teleport throat slit, and a projectile absorber. Players can choose to play as the living Princess of Edenia Kitana of the past or as the undead Princess of the Netherrealm Kitana of the present. Gamers can now experience Square’s RPG classic Final Fantasy VII on Nintendo and Microsoft platforms for the first time, as the title arrives on the Switch and Xbox One family of devices today. New enhancements include a 3x speed mode, an enemy encounter option that allows players to enjoy the storyline uninterrupted – when enemy encounters are turned off, players can still enjoy the story event battles, and a Max Stats command that enables players to become all-powerful in the blink of an eye. Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is officially being released for the Nintendo Switch / Xbox One on March 26, 2019, while its expected to arrive in Europe on March 28, 2019 for the PS4 – April 2, 2019 for PS4 in North America. If you’re waiting for the Steam version, expect it some time during Summer 2019. This fighting game features 3-on-3 tag team matches similar to the Marvel vs. Capcom series as well as cross-play across all platforms except for the PlayStation 4 version. Noob Saibot originally debuted as an unplayable hidden character in Mortal Kombat II, in which he was a black silhouette of the game’s other male ninjas, and his name actually consists of the surnames of Mortal Kombat creators Ed Boon and John Tobias spelled backwards. Mortal Kombat: Deception established him as being the original Sub-Zero, who had been killed by his nemesis, Scorpion, during the events of the first Mortal Kombat and then resurrected as a vengeful revenant.
