That’s right, two Germantown High School students attacked a teacher that confiscated an iPod from one of them for listening during class. Fortunately, this attack was caught on videotape, and the two students are now behind bars, awaiting trial — charged as adults.
The teens allegedly pushed Burd, who struck his head on a locker. Schools CEO Paul Vallas said Burd broke his neck in two places. He was taken to Einstein Medical Center, but showed no sign of paralysis. Both students have a checkered past.
