Tim Cotterill, best known as “Frogman” online, was born in Leicester, England, in 1950. After leaving school at 15 to complete a 6-year engineering apprenticeship, he became mesmerized with metalworking, and later received a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the age of 21, thus creating a passion for building custom motorcycles.
