If you’ve stayed up late, chances are, “As Seen On TV” infomercials are probably something you’re used to watching. Well, we’ve rounded up five of the strangest devices that have been aired in recent history for your viewing enjoyment. Continue reading to see them all.

5. TV Hat

This list starts off with one of the strangest-looking gadgets ever: a baseball cap with an elongated peak from which hangs a “personal private theater”. That’s right, it’s essentially a head-mounted blackout tent into which you drop your portable media player, wherein you can watch movies in the glare of the midday sun. Unfortunately, it costs $30, and includes a 2.5x magnification screen.

4. Free Flexor

According to Tom Seryak, a personal trainer and owner of private strength and conditioning facility in Dublin, Ohio, the Free Flexor is just another gimmick marketed to the population that wants results without having to do the work. “This product will, at best, improve forearm/grip-specific strength endurance, but nothing else,” he explains. “The product claims to ‘build strength’ and ‘get you ripped’ using male fitness models that got strong and ripped doing something else – probably lifting barbells and eating a lean diet for a long period of time.”

3. Gojo Hands Free

The high density suction cup grips and holds your phone allowing you to have both hands free to do other things. Enjoy exercising at the gym, typing on your keyboard at work, even taking a stroll through the park, all while wearing your GoJo Hands Free Headset. It supposedly works on all phones, and best of all, there are no batteries or wires. Product page.

2. Potty Putter

The toilet time golf game that lets you practice your putting while going to the bathroom. Sure it sounds funny, but for the golfer that just can’t get enough of the game, it’s the perfect item. The Potty Putter comes complete with a putting green made from the same professional carpet found at miniature golf courses, a cup with a flag, 2 golf balls, a putter and a “Do Not Disturb” door hanger.
