The kitchenette on this unit has a stainless steel exhaust hood that vents cooking odors to the outside, while a commercial-grade espresso machine brings the coffee shop experience anywhere you go. The box truck runs entirely on a roof-mounted 1,280W solar power system consisting of a 3000 watt inverter/charger, 4 x 110V outlets, 4 x USB charging ports, a breaker box, solar disconnect, and 5200 watt hours of lithium.
