Ultrawide Nintendo DS Handheld Gaming PC
Running Mac OS on a DS is one thing, building an ultrawide Nintendo DS-inspired handheld gaming PC takes creativity to a whole new level. Gamer Marcin Plaza did just that, thanks to a broken Lenovo Yoga 730-13 laptop that was just collecting dust.

How did this project come about? Well, Marcin wanted a Steam Deck, but one with a trackpad instead of joysticks, and the rest is history. He first had to completely take the laptop apart and test the screen. Then came reorganizing the laptop including folding the battery over to fit this new shape with an aluminum mid-plate and having an enclosure 3D-printed by PCBway in nylon.

Funny story, the Arduino is actually plugged in internally in the place of a fingerprint sensor (which turns out was using USB 2.0). The design is by no means perfect so I haven’t included the files but I think this is great way to show what you can build with PCBway services,” said its creator.
