The GSS 520 5-axis gimbal is not something you’ll see photographers, even professionals, use out in the field, as it was specifically designed to work at “high velocity”. In other words, it works perfectly when strapped, along with a Red Dragon 6K camera and Canon 30-300mm lens, to the side of a Saab Defence fighter jet at 2.5 Gs in -20°C temperatures. The picture was transmitted via the Paralinx Tomahawk HD inside the cockpit to a Atomos 7 recorder and monitor.
