Flight test engineer Aaron Wypyszynkski, founder of Wyp Aviation, has unveiled Wingboard. Think of it as an aerofoil shaped board that lets you soar through the sky like the Silver Surfer. Unlike its predecessors, it uses a light aircraft to tow the board, which produces a stable platform that flies through the air instead of falling. “The WingBoard is like a wakeboard, but instead of slicing through waves behind a boat, you’re being towed by a plane, carving through clouds.
