Florida resident Celina Aarons recently received a mobile phone bill from T-Mobile in the amount of $201,005.44. This happened because two of her brothers – one is a mute while the other deaf — are also on the same account. When one of the brothers went to Canada on vacation, they forgot to turn off data roaming, so the charges quickly racked up. Fortunately, “T-Mobile did not have to reduce her bill, it wrote down her charges to $US2500.” Continue reading for the news report.

“The case of Ms Aarons was extraordinary, even if the amount was correct. T-Mobile cut her bill to $US2500 [$2442] and gave her six months to pay,” a T-Mobile spokeswoman said.
