It’s no SU7 Ultra and for good reason. The 2025 Xiaomi YU7 is the company’s first electric SUV, and set to take on the Tesla Model Y in China when in launches next summer (June – July).

At 5,302 pounds and measuring 4,999 mm (l) x 1,996 mm (w) x 1,600 mm (h), the EV is powered by two electric motors (220kW + 280kW) generating a combined 681 hp, enabling it to achieve a top speed of 157 mph. Aesthetically, the YU7 appears to be just a larger-sized version of its SU7 model. Pricing has not yet been announced, but we’ll be sure to hear more as the first delivery nears.
