Located in New York’s DUBMO (down under the Manhattan bridge overpass) neighborhood, this clock tower built in 1915 was transformed into a stunning apartment by David Walentas. It features three floors spanning over 6,813-square-feet, complete with 14-foot-tall glass clocks on every wall, three bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom, 360-degree views, vaulted ceilings, a glass-enclosed private elevator and even a skyroof cabana and open deck.
