Zipper Truck

Tunnels normally require you first bore through the earth, then dig while building simultaneously using a massive boring machine similar to ones being used for the London’s new Crossrail train system. Now, the “Zipper Truck”, a tunnel-creating machine aims to change all of that. It basically utilizes a half-cylinder-shaped array of rollers atop a regular flatbed truck, enabling workers to build with the company’s Lego-like arch blocks, cutting the tedious process from weeks to just days.
