2018 Porsche GT3 RS

The new 2018 Porsche GT3 RS has been leaked ahead of its official unveiling, and it follows up on the success of its predecessor. An upgraded 4.0-liter naturally-aspirated 6-cylinder engine now delivers 520 hp at 8250 rpm, enabling it to achieve a 0-62 mph (100 km/h) time of just 3.2-seconds, while hitting a maximum top speed of 192 mph. “First published, and since deleted, by Australian publication Drive, these images reveal that the updated GT3 RS receives all the same styling modifications as the 991.2 911 GT3 and mixes them with the more overt aerodynamic elements required of any RS-branded model. With this in mind, the new GT3 RS receives the same angular front air intakes and thin LED daytime running lights as the GT3. From there, Porsche engineers have created a custom hood complete with two small NACA ducts,” according to Car Scoops.
