The 2019 Volkswagen Arteon hits U.S. dealerships this month, and some call it the budget Audi A7. Available in three trim levels: SE ($35,845), SEL ($39,995), and SEL Premium ($44,945), all powered by a 2.0-liter TSI four-cylinder gasoline engine rated at 268 hp and 258 lb-ft (350 Nm) of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The top-of-the-line SEL Premium model boasts ventilated front seats with a massaging function for the driver, heated rear seats, a heated steering wheel with paddle shifters, 700-watt Dynaudio sound system (13 channels and 12 speakers), an 8.0-inch Discover Media infotainment system with navigation, and 12.3-inch Volkswagen Digital Cockpit. EPA-estimated fuel economy for FWD models is 22 mpg city/31 mpg highway/25 mpg combined. AWD models are rated at 20/27/23 mpg,” reports Car Scoops.
