3D-Printed iPhone Functional
Scotty Allen of Strange Parts may have created the world’s first 3D-printed iPhone that actually works, and this is a project that anyone can try, as long as they have the technical know how. That’s right, you won’t need an expensive 3D printer, like the Bambu Labs X-1 Carbon, just the right plans to print.



The first few prototypes turned out to be far too flimsy to secure any electronics, so Allen decided to use carbon fiber nylon filament, and ended up with something that he could easily work with. This means disassembling the original iPhone entirely and then placing all of the electronics inside this new shell.
