A maker who goes by ‘The Wrench’ on YouTube created a miniature 3D-printed tank that can be controlled with a smartphone, complete with a camera. The most important component in this build is the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C3 camera dev board, which controls everything.
It also features a motor driver, charging module, and battery mounted to a custom PCB, while the 3D-printed housing conceals two driving N20 gear motors. There was one issue at the end that involved viewing the camera and still being able to control the tank. Fortunately, the camera was still able to be used as a line-of-sight device rather than provide a first person view.

I don’t understand why there hasn’t been yet a consumer product in the market for something like this, which I think would make more sense than spreading cameras all over the house, for example. This would help minimize unintended privacy intrusions,” said one commenter.
