A strange Google Pixel 6 bug is auto-dismissing incoming phone calls, which means it won’t even show in the missed call log. Put simply, the phone automatically hits the reject button when a call is received, thus only showing in the log. It’s apparently happening across the Google Pixel 6 smartphone line, Pro included, and happens with saved contacts as well as unknown numbers. However, this occurs at random, which means the same person can call again and have it not be rejected. Read more for a video explaining the issue and additional information.
Running the Pixel 6 in safe mode may fix the issue, although there has not been a confirmation yet. If you haven’t yet downloaded the March / April update, we recommend holding off on installing it until this issue is fixed. Hopefully, the next update not only fixes the auto-reject issue, but also flickering display problem and slow fingerprint sensor recognition. Now we just need a space mode to capture images like this 1.8-billion pixel panorama of Mars.

I have filter spam calls turned off. I have WiFi calling turned off. I have flipped to shhh turned off. DND is turned off. I’ve reset my network settings and always have a full signal. I made sure the contacts aren’t set to go straight to voicemail. My cell provider says it’s not on their end,” said one Google Pixel 6 owner on Reddit.
