The Frauscher x Porsche eFantom electric boat draws inspiration from the Macan EV. How so? It comes equipped with the powertrain technology of the upcoming all-electric Porsche Macan SUV including a permanent-magnet synchronous electric motor (PSM) making 400 kW (536 hp), enabling it to achieve a top speed of 45.8 knots (52.8 mph) on water.
Its lithium-ion battery boasts a gross capacity of 100 kWh, also based on Macan technology, and is located beneath the lounge area at the rear end. The optimum cruising speed is around 41 km/h (25.5 mph), allowing the battery charge to be used for around one hour or about 45 kilometers. Inside, there’s space for up to nine passengers, complete with a high-end audio system, Bluetooth / WiFi connectivity and a 12-inch multi-information display. The first edition run is limited to 25 units and priced from $595,930 USD.
