The Acer Predator Extreme E-Scooter PES017 is a product you probably don’t expect from the PC maker, but there’s no better time than now to get into the mobility market. Priced at around $1,400 USD, it boasts a forward-facing stance design and a low center of gravity for greater maneuverability, whether it be through steep hills, narrow trails, or downward slopes.
The scooter’s rugged build also enables riders to perform stunts like wheelies, jumps, curb hops, and more, while urban commuters can seamlessly switch between its 6 kph (3.7 mph), 15 kph (9.3 mph), and up to 25 kph (15.5 mph) speed modes to travel freely across the city. What sets this e-scooter apart from the others is its user replaceable 10.5ah/36V lithium-ion battery, which can be fully charged in just 4 hours and can travel up to 35 km (22 mi) on a single charge. It’s set to launch in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in Q2 2024.
