Available in both left and right-hand drive variants, the 2024 AC Cobra GT Roadster marks the return of the legendary sports car from the 1960s. Power comes from either a supercharged 5.0L V8 or a naturally aspirated version that makes up to 645 hp and 575 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox or 10-speed automatic transmission, enabling it to hit 60 mph in 3.4-seconds.
This modern version is significantly larger than the original AC Cobra, but remains extremely light at under 3,196-pounds, thanks to its advanced extruded aluminum spaceframe chassis and carbon-composite body. The cabin is able to comfortably accommodate drivers well over six-feet tall, while its track has also been optimized to give it a wider stance for better handling and agility. AC is taking pre-orders for the vehicle now, priced from around $356,000 USD.
