Aina Ring Smartphone Finger
What if you could have the functionality of a smartphone and / or smartwatch on your finger? Meet the Aina Ring. This AI-powered wearable can let you control your smart home, book an Uber and even unlock your car, thanks to a combination of dual noise cancelling microphones, an OLED edge display, along with an innovative gesture-based system. The device works through swiping on touch sensitive areas built into the ring itself capable of recognizing four distinct swipe gestures in four different directions. Those swipes are detected by touch and motion sensors with the onboard software for extreme accuracy. Read more for a video, additional pictures and information.

When this device is paired with a smartphone and the companion app via Bluetooth, the swipes can be assigned to unlock various app shortcuts, like controlling your smart home tech through IFTTT, booking cabs with integration for Uber, the ability to unlock cars if you live in the US and unlocking devices using Bluetooth. Using the tinny display on the ring you’ll be able to accept or reject those app shortcuts and over time artificial intelligence will be used to predict when you’ll use those shortcuts.
