Here’s another look at the epic Lord of the Rings Battle of Helm’s Deep recreated with LEGO by brick masters Rich-K and Big J. While the official LEGO version features 1,368 pieces, this custom creation took 150,000 LEGO parts to recreate the classic scene from J.R.R. Tolkien’s record smashing film.
Besides the staggering number of bricks, there are also 1,700 minifigs, which took countless hours to setup in perfect formation. Unfortunately, an official LEGO set of this size would mean at least a four figure price tag, if not their first five figure set. With that said, some super fans would most certainly pay that price, especially if the set is limited to 10 units or less.
