Arcade1Up is set to open pre-orders for its new The Simpsons at-home arcade machine, which celebrates the 30th anniversary of the game’s release in the market. This is no ordinary arcade cabinet, as it includes The Simpsons Arcade Game and The Simpsons Bowling. Plus, it has built-in WiFi connectivity that allows up to four players to experience the endless animation inspired fun remotely.
Just like the original arcade machine, this custom shaped cabinet comes with a matching riser design, complete with a lit marquee, making it perfect for for any room in the home or even offices. Best of all, no coins are required. Simply plugs in the arcade machine and players can easily follow the in-game setting menu that include on-screen game selections. There’s no word yet on pricing, but it’s expected to retail at $599.99 with pre-orders beginning on August 16, 2021.
