Aston Martin collaborated with S3 Architecture to design the British luxury car manufacturer’s first private residential estate in New York’s Hudson Valley, Sylvan Rock. Located on a large 55-acre wooded plot, located just two hours from Manhattan, the massive compound combines health and wellness, multi-functional “pods” and sustainability with the true luxury of space, privacy, as well as self-contained living.
The exterior boasts dramatic floor-to-ceiling glazing and a blackened cedar façade with cantilevered owners’ suite, set beneath a unique folded panel roof structure. You’ll find an entrance on the lower level lair within the rock formation that leads to an automotive gallery garage, lounge, executive office suite. The estate offers 8,430 square feet of accommodation, while three guest “pods” can be used as multi-functional spaces for guests, remote offices, home schooling or wellness.
