Unlike the 135-inch ASUS ProArt Cinema PQ07, the ASUS ROG Tessen mobile gaming controller is designed to work with smartphones, or the upcoming ROG Phone 8 / Phone 8 Pro in particular. This device connects directly via USB-C so you won’t have to worry about any latency issues commonly found with Bluetooth connections.
In addition to expandable handgrips, the ROG Tessen boasts standard control keys with analog triggers, ALPS joysticks, and possibly RGB lighting. Available in black and possibly a white color, this mobile gaming controller should be good for up to 6-hours of continuous play on a single charge. There’s no word yet on availability, but it’s expected to be priced between $139 – $159 USD. Want to try it out in person? You’ll have to head on over to CES 2024 (Jan. 9-12) in Las Vegas.
