Blackview MAX 1 Projector Phone

The Blackview MAX 1 may not be the only smartphone to have an integrated projector, but it’s definitely the first to hit the market. At $699, it features a 5.7-inch AMOLED Full HD + Oncell display (2160 x 1080 resolution), dual 16MP rear cameras, a front-facing 16MP camera, a 2.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6763T processor, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, microSD expansion, and a high-capacity 5000 mAh battery that can be charged via USB Type-C (12V / 2A ). As you can see in the hands-on video, the device is slightly thicker and heavier than most smartphones today, due largely to the massive, but necessary, battery. The company states that users can expect up to two hours of continuous use during heavy gaming or projector usage – maximum diagonal screen size of 200 inches. Unfortunately (or fortunately), there’s no built-in kickstand.

“The aesthetic aspect takes up the latest trends, with a large display and a glass-clad body that creates reflections and special lighting effects when it is struck by light. Interesting the idea to equip the smartphone with two selfie-camera and a single main camera, as well as to place the fingerprint reader on the back and not on the front where there would still be comfortable,” reports Notebook Italia.
