Review

The Boombot2 wireless speaker and handlebar mount kit were designed to be used together for music on-the-go. Sleek and stylish, the Boombot2 “fuses Japanese urban design with mobile audio in a truly portable package.” It wirelessly pairs with compatible Bluetooth devices (iPhone, iPod, tablet, laptop, etc.) and boasts a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which lasts for up to 8-hours when fully charged. From our tests, the battery lasted for a hair over 8-hours on a full-charge, and sound quality was excellent for its size, even wirelessly from 2-feet away. The rugged construction can withstand drops and even light rain or snow. If you’re looking for a portable speaker under $70 that is rugged enough to go anywhere, we highly recommend the Boombotix Boombot2.

Sometimes, you just want to go for a nice bike ride, with your own tunes on top of mother nature’s sounds. When paired with the Boombot2 wireless speaker, this handlebar mount kit allows you to do just that. It features a universal adapter for just about every handlebar size, along with shock / vibration proof pads. That’s right, all the necessary hardware and installation tools are included.
