Handcrafted from wood, Cary42 (carrier for two) is a two-player arcade machine inspired by attache cases that lets gamers enjoy classic co-op titles such as Metal Slug, Gauntlet and Contra in pure luxury. This folding console can actually store over 10.000 emulated games, or just add your own favorites via USB. The chassis is made from solid American walnut and comes with panels in satin grey with monochrome buttons.
The Cary42 is limited 50-units worldwide, and unfortunately, has completely sold out, but if you’re lucky enough, a few may pop up online sooner than later. Yes, the company was also able to do further customizations, like the Super Mario Brothers-themed marquetry decor. There’s no word yet on when we’ll see another production run of these gorgeous briefcase-style arcade machines.
