
Russian architect Vasily Klyukin knew that snakes symbolized treasure and esoteric knowledge in China, so he designed a cobra-shaped tower to reflect this. To start things off, its round base rises like a serpent’s body and extends to form an open-mouthed head, which could be used as a terraced restaurant or nightclub.
