When it comes to remote operations, a drone is sometimes needed for public safety, emergency response, and infrastructure inspection purposes, but getting to the actual location may be a problem. Meet the DJI Dock 3, an extremely rugged ‘drone in a box’ solution that can be deployed just about anywhere.
It can be deployed with either the new DJI Matrice 4D or DJI Matrice 4TD drones in extreme temperatures up to 50°C (122°F) as well as as low as -30°C (-22°F) when pre-heated. The internal system offers an exceptional IP56 dust and water-resistant rating. If the Matrice 4D series is paired with the DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise remote controller, the drones can fly standalone or with an innovative onboard relay function. DJI Dock 3 is available now with the DJI Matrice 4D ($21,059) and Matrice 4TD ($23,409) drones direct from DJI.
